ABOUT US<\/h1>\n

Rafael Gouveia<\/strong> and Renan Aoki<\/strong> are the founders of Go Easy Berlin<\/strong>, a company based in the German capital. Their friendship goes back a long way: they met while still at university, long before the company was founded. Graduates in accountancy, they worked for a few years in the financial market in S\u00e3o Paulo before embarking on business abroad.<\/p>\n

However, plans to move to Europe began to take shape after a holiday in Berlin in 2012. This was the decisive point for them to start their projects and financial planning. The idea was, at first, to have a life and professional experience abroad, a plan that materialised in mid-2015.<\/p>\n

When was the company set up and how did it come about?<\/strong><\/h5>\n

Go Easy Berlin<\/strong> was founded and registered in Germany in 2016. Shortly after carrying out market research, we realised the need to create a company for relocating and exchanging people on the spot<\/em>. This was because many of the foreigners we met in Berlin complained about the difficulties with bureaucratic processes when they arrived here. It was clear to us that a support service for expats in Berlin would have a good chance of success, especially for those who didn’t speak German or simply didn’t know about the processes.<\/p>\n

What service\/product does the company offer?<\/strong><\/h5>\n

Among the main services we offer, we provide advice on visas <\/strong>in Germany, including general studies, family reunions, job searches, work visas and more. In addition, we offer all the support you need for subsequent bureaucracy, ranging from property searches, housing registration and civil marriages to registration for social aid programmes and translation services at public agencies. And as far as education is concerned, we offer support for enrolling in language courses<\/strong>, university preparation and undergraduate and postgraduate courses<\/strong>. We currently have partnerships with more than 10 schools and universities in more than 16 cities across Germany.<\/p>\n

We also offer guided tours <\/strong>in\u00a0Germany and the region. We work with Travel Design, so we put together customised tours according to our clients’ needs and wishes.<\/p>\n

What is the company’s vision and mission?<\/strong><\/h5>\n

We believe that our differential is our highly personalised service, analysing the details of each case and delivering the best possible solutions. We always focus on reconciling the particularities of each request with expectations and deadlines. In addition, after-sales service is very important to us: we like to make sure that our clients are adapting and feel comfortable with their new life in Germany.<\/p>\n

Many of our clients call us \u2018dream facilitators\u2019<\/strong>. Since we started our operations, we have assisted thousands of people. The vast majority are Brazilian, but we also have success stories in other markets such as Latin America, the United States and Eastern Europe, and we have worked with more than 78 nationalities. Why did you decide to become an entrepreneur?<\/strong><\/h5>\n

The idea of becoming an entrepreneur came about as an opportunity to have a different experience from what we had in the conventional labour market. On top of that, doing business abroad was even more challenging and we considered it an excellent experience for our CV.<\/p>\n

What are the company’s future plans?<\/strong><\/h5>\n

As well as facilitating bureaucratic services, our aim is also to integrate our clients into German society and culture. We see this as essential: in order for our clients to have the best experiences and the best chances of success in the country, we feel it is necessary to encourage the exchange of experiences, and so we want to organise events more often to integrate newcomers with the group of clients who have been here for some time, expanding the network of contacts from all over the world.<\/p>\n
